I've trained with a wide variety of tools and methods so that I can help choose a strategy that will challenge you, work with your body and personality, and push you out of your comfort zone.

In a single training session, we might use tools like:

  • body weight calisthenics

  • kettlebells, dumbbells, and sandbags

  • a rack system for bench press, deadlifts, & squats

  • foam rollers & yoga balls

  • balance beams & BOSU trainer

  • resistance bands & medicine balls

  • rowing machine

  • and much more…

Based on my experience, I’ve learned that the people are the most successful when willing to commit to putting in the time. Therefore, all initial contracts are 3 months long, with the option to continue month to month thereafter. All you need to decide is if you are willing and able to meet once or twice a week. You’ll see results and develop consistency faster and more easily if you are able to do two days per week.

Why sign a contract? Improving your fitness is a lifelong commitment. Consistency is where it's at! This is not a quick-fix. By showing up for yourself in a 3 month time period, you will notice improvements in how you feel and how you move.

All training contracts include a 4-session trial period, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can cancel your contract.

Rates:

All contracts are for 3 months and are billed monthly.

All sessions are 50 minutes long.

1 day / week = $300 / month

2 days / week = $520 / month
